Role:
- We're looking for an experienced business analyst to support large-scale government digital transformation initiatives.

- The role is primarily focused on business analysis (80%), with Agile/Scrum facilitation (20%) to support structured delivery across multiple project releases.
- You'll work alongside business users, project managers, architects, developers, system integrators, and vendors to ensure requirements are clearly defined, solutions are practical, and production releases are delivered successfully.
Responsibilities:
Business Analysis & Requirements:
- Lead requirements workshops with business users and government stakeholders.
- Analyse current business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Validate solution feasibility together with architects and development teams.
- Manage evolving business requirements while maintaining delivery timelines.
- Support requirement traceability and change management throughout the project lifecycle.
Delivery & Release Support:
- You'll play an active role in delivering enhancements for live enterprise systems by:
- Supporting System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Coordinating production release readiness and deployment activities.
- Managing multiple enhancement workstreams simultaneously.
- Supporting post-production implementation and issue resolution.
- Working closely with technical teams to minimise delivery risks.
Stakeholder Management:
- Build trusted relationships with business users, technical teams, vendors, and project managers.
- Facilitate discussions to clarify ambiguous or evolving requirements.
- Manage competing priorities across multiple stakeholders.
- Negotiate practical solutions when business requests require technical trade-offs.
- Drive alignment before development begins to minimise rework.
Agile Delivery:
- Facilitating Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Supporting backlog refinement and sprint readiness.
- Identifying delivery risks and helping remove blockers.
- Promoting structured Agile practices within a governance-driven environment.
Required Skills:
- 5–8 years of IT delivery experience.
- 3 years of business analysis experience.
- Experience working on large enterprise or government IT projects.
- Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder facilitation skills.
- Experience supporting SIT, UAT, and production releases.
- Experience working with Agile and traditional SDLC delivery models.
- Comfortable working across business, technical, and vendor teams.
