Your new role

. Elicit citizen/business needs through service journeys and develop business cases via rapid prototyping.

. Develop user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria, building prototypes to validate requirements and measure value.

. Evaluate and recommend technologies (includingAI tools), aligning with technology directions and WOG central solution, through hands-on experimentation.

. Identify and adopt appropriate development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) for various environments.

. Ensure system readiness for deployment and analyze the impact of changes.

. Assist the CIO in identifying digital transformation opportunities.

. Define product vision, roadmap, and objectives aligned with business strategy.

. Communicate product strategies and use data to inform decisions

What you need

. Degree in a relevant IT field with 3+ years of experience in IT business analysis, solution design, and testing.

. Business Analysis certification (e.g., CBAP).

. Past development or consulting experience.

. Experience in Agile, Knowledge Management, or Service Design.

. Experience in at least one full software/product development cycle (Agile preferred).

. Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to engage users at all levels and facilitate discussions
