Business Analyst 12 months contract

Our client is a leading global consultancy, and we are looking for a Business Analyst to support an urgent public sector project on a 12‑month contract.
 
Requirements

• Proven years of experience as a Business Analyst with a strong track record in analysing complex requirements and shaping clear business cases.
• Ability to capture requirements, assess solution options, and recommend the most effective approach.
• Proven track record in guiding deployments, collaborating with vendors, and securing stakeholder acceptance of solutions.
• Strong knowledge of IT governance, quality standards, and security compliance frameworks.
• Skilled in working with product owners, architects, operations, cybersecurity teams, and vendors to deliver secure, practical solutions. 

As this position needs to be filled as soon as possible, we can only proceed with candidates who are eligible to start working within the next month in Singapore without sponsorship.
