Responsibilities
- Define and execute test plans based on business and functional requirements, including coordination of reviews and sign-off with stakeholders.
- Perform test execution and UAT, document results, and ensure acceptance criteria are met prior to release.
- Identify, track, and manage defects throughout the testing lifecycle, working closely with development teams on resolution and retesting.
- Maintain accurate testing documentation and communicate testing progress, risks, and issues to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in a relevant discipline, preferably in Digital, Information Systems, or Technology.
- 3+ years of experience in UAT and testing activities, with exposure to Agile methodologies and SDLC.
- Strong attention to detail with effective documentation, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence) knowledge of AS400 systems or Figma is an advantage.
- Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset.
