Responsibilities:
As a Business Administration & Growth Intern, you will support both the administrative and business growth functions of the company. Your key responsibilities include:
1. Administrative & Operational Support:
- Assist in daily administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth business operations.
- Support document management, data entry, scheduling, and internal coordination.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and business documents when required.
2. Business Growth & Development:
- Assist in identifying business growth opportunities and market trends.
- Support lead generation and customer engagement initiatives.
- Conduct market and competitor research within the mortgage and property industry.
3. CustomerCoordination & Support:
- Assist in handling customer inquiries and follow-up communications professionally.
- Maintain proper customer and operational records.
- Support customer onboarding and coordination processes.
4. Team Collaboration & Projects:
- Work closely with the operations and management team on ongoing projects.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and strategic discussions.
- Support ad-hoc operational, administrative, and growth-related tasks assigned by supervisors.
