About the Company
We are an established insurance organization in Singapore providing comprehensive life and general insurance solutions to individuals and businesses. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Administration Executive to support our coordination and administrative operations.
Job Responsibilities
Provide administrative and coordination support to the sales and operations team
Prepare and process insurance documentation and policy submissions
Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal departments
Handle email and phone enquiries professionally
Maintain proper filing and record management (digital & physical)
Assist in claims or underwriting documentation (if required)
Support reporting and data entry tasks
Requirements
Diploma in Business Administration or related field (Fresh graduates from Polytechnic welcome)
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
No prior experience required (training provided)
Willing to pick up new learning skill
Salary & Benefits
Starting salary: SGD 2,300 - SGD 2,600 (based on qualification and interview assessment)
