Business Account Manager

We are looking for a Contract / Business Account Manager to manage and grow our staffing and IT contracting services. This role owns client relationships, ensures successful delivery of contract staffing engagements, and identifies growth opportunities within accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts for IT staffing and contract services

• Act as primary point of contact for clients

• Coordinate with recruiting teams to fulfill contract requirements

• Oversee contracts, renewals, extensions, and compliance

• Identify upsell and account growth opportunities

• Track account performance and support billing processes

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT staffing or contract services

• Strong client relationship and account management skills

• Understanding of IT staffing and contract delivery models

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
