Job Summary
You will apply your driving skills and industry knowledge to support tours and travel operations, ensuring safe and efficient transport services. Collaborate with the team to deliver excellent customer experiences during weekends and public holidays.
Responsibilities
- Operate vehicles safely and efficiently to transport clients within tours and travel services
- Apply knowledge of the tours and travel industry practices to enhance client satisfaction
- Manage schedules and routes to ensure timely arrivals and departures during weekends and public holidays
- Maintain vehicle condition by performing routine checks and reporting issues promptly
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to coordinate transport logistics
Required competencies and certifications
- Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence
- Holding a PDVL or BDVL license is an added advantage
- Demonstrate at least 2 years of work experience in the tours and travel industry
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree (required for Employment Pass application)
Other Information
- Must be available to work on weekends and public holidays
