Bunker Clerk/Cargo Officer

Job Description:

• Manage cargo operations and documentation
• Safeguard product quality and quantity
• Ensure all cargo loading, ex bunker delivery, blending operation and delivery are
• in compliance with Company work instructions and in particular SS648: 2024,
• wherever applicable
• Ensure that custody control procedures in respect of cargo storage onboard
• bunker tanker and cargo movements are duly and properly implemented
• Maintain proper and timely records of inventory in the stock movement logbook
• and daily ROB report
• Report on any customer complaint or dispute to the Operations Manager
• immediately and assist in onsite investigation
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• 1 Year Experience as bunker clerk/cargo officer onboard bunker tankers
• Certification in Basic & Advanced Course on Bunkering Practices (SS600 & TR
• 48)
• Certification in Code of Practice for Bunker Mass Flow Metering (SS 648:2024)
• Willingness to follow Company's shift duties and stay onboard vessel
• Effective communication skills
• Meticulous, responsible and good follow through skills
