Key Responsibilities:
- Perform hands-on repairs and maintenance on:
Electrical systems and lighting
Air-conditioning and ventilation systems
Plumbing and sanitary fixtures
Carpentry and painting tasks
Mechanical and engineering (M&E) systems - Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and hotel staff.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, fire safety regulations, and health standards.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Assist in renovation or upgrade projects when required.
- Report defects and maintenance issues to the Property Officer or Facilities Manager.
Requirements:
- Diploma or certification in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in hotel or building maintenance preferred.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
