Job Summary
You will perform technical maintenance and installation tasks to support building facilities and equipment. This role involves preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs on mechanical, electrical, and air conditioning systems.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance on building facilities, mechanical, electrical, sanitary & plumbing, air conditioning, and audio visual systems to ensure operational reliability
- Conduct corrective maintenance and minor repairs on mechanical, electrical, and air conditioning systems to restore functionality
- Troubleshoot faults in mechanical, electrical, and air conditioning systems to identify and resolve issues promptly
- Carry out handyman tasks related to building maintenance to support facility upkeep
- Install and maintain ACMV (Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation) systems according to technical requirements
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and efficient work environment
- Apply hands-on skills to complete maintenance and installation tasks effectively
Required competencies and certifications
- Knowledge and experience in building Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Junior Technician

- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Saturday, 9am to 1pm Public Holidays and Sunday off
