Building Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve facility issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs or installations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
• Respond to emergency repair requests and provide timely solutions.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Assist in facility upgrades and renovations as required.
• Manage inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies.
