BUILDING SUPERVISOR

Building Supervisor is responsible for keeping repair tools and supplies organized and in good condition, as they should be familiar with building security. They maintain buildings by making repairs and performing safety checks. Maintain the day-to-day engineering operations of the building. Perform routine preventive maintenance. Ability to work under pressure situations and exercise good judgements. Ability to read and understand test equipment, measuring devices and safety manuals. To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
