Job Summary
The Building Supervisor (Environmental Cleaning) leads daily cleaning operations at assigned sites, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards. You will supervise teams, manage operations, and coordinate with clients to deliver exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily environmental cleaning operations to achieve consistent high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Inspect sites regularly to enforce hygiene and safety standards and identify improvement areas
- Manage and deploy cleaning staff efficiently to optimize workforce productivity and coverage
- Liaise proactively with clients to address feedback and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain accurate cleaning schedules, operational reports, and inventory records to support smooth operations
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety, health (WSH), and environmental regulations at all times
- Respond to incidents swiftly and coordinate timely resolution to minimize disruption
Job Requirement
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in cleaning supervision or facilities management.
- Prior experience in environmental cleaning operations preferred.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, site-based environment.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills for reporting.
