Job Overview

We are looking for a Building Services Engineer to join our Singapore team. The ideal candidate will possess the necessary technical skills and expertise to ensure the flawless commissioning of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in various construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

. Witness and report on Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)

. Inspect and report on construction installation quality

. Attend and witness Testing and Commissioning activities during construction phase on site

. Review design drawings and documents from a commissioning perspective

. Attend and contribute to commissioning meetings with Client and Contractors

. Assist with development of Integrated Systems Testing (IST) plans and scripts

. Participate in IST on site

. Assist with weekly and monthly reports on commissioning progress

. Review vendors O&M Manuals and training plans

Skills &Qualifications

. Degree in Mechanical Engineering

. 8+years of working experience in MEP testing and commissioning relevant to the construction industry or technical setting.

. Knowledge of buildings construction projects and mechanical systems within the construction

. Familiarity with data centers infrastructure and ensuring the proper integration of MEP systems
