BUILDING PAINTER

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting (sanding, caulking, priming, patching)
• Apply paints, varnishes, and finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
• Follow blueprints, work orders, and design specifications
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Ensure proper care and maintenance of painting tools and equipment
• Deliver high-quality finishes and meet deadlines

Requirements

• Proven experience as a painter (2+ years preferred)
• Familiarity with painting tools, materials, and techniques
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Physical stamina and strength to handle equipment and climb ladders
• Good communication and time-management skills
