Job Description

About the Role:

As a CBRE Building Optimisation Officer, you'll be responsible in the analysis of data and operational optimization for an assigned portfolio.

What You'll Do :

Analyse the data coming from Subcontractors management platform and work with the Subcontractors to optimise manpower and resource allocation.
Analyse the data in both CBRE and Client's systems / solutions to translate the data into operational insights, perform hotspots analysis, trends analysis and detect abnormalities.
Utilise the insights and recommend key action plans to pre-empt and predict any deterioration of any equipment and persisting issues.
Tracking, analysis of repeated failure equipment / systems and complaints of poor performance of operations.
Ensure site performance such as response time, resolution time, utilities consumption across the contract portfolio complies to standards imposed by the Client.
Identify anomalies in the building performance such as higher than usual utilities consumption, higher than usual fault reported etc.
Analyse the equipment operating parameters in order to optimise the running conditions.
Work closely with the engineering team to develop and implement fault rules to pick up anomalies in the equipment.
Drive conditional, predictive and diagnostic maintenance within the portfolio.
Development of business intelligence dashboards as per requirements.

What You'll Need :

Minimum Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or any related disciplines
Minimum 5years experience in related industries with strong understanding of building management, building automation and BMS systems, with a focus on IoT, data analytics and engineering data management
Understands building utility bills and has knowledge of establishing baseline and regression analysis.
A good understanding of APIs, data manipulation, technical architecture, design and operations of cloud IoT platforms and their associated technologies e.g. MQTT, RESTful API, SSL TLS.
Solid experience with data analytics concepts and visualization tools such as PowerBI or similar
Strong communication & time management skills
