Job Summary

Support engineering teams by preparing mechanical and electrical design calculations, developing schematics and 3D BIM models, coordinating stakeholder meetings, performing clash detection, and preparing plans for authority submissions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare mechanical and electrical design calculations and select appropriate equipment in collaboration with engineers to ensure accurate system specifications
• Develop detailed mechanical and electrical system schematics using CAD software to support design clarity and project documentation
• Create and refine 3D BIM models of building mechanical and electrical systems to enhance design coordination and visualization
• Coordinate and participate in meetings with relevant stakeholders to resolve design issues and perform clash detection for system integration
• Prepare and submit detailed plans to authorities using Corenet-X to comply with regulatory requirements
