Anforderungsprofil
A Successful Building Manager Should Have

- Proven experience managing commercial buildings or similar assets
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
- Comfortable overseeing technical and operational aspects of building management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of safety compliance and building regulations
- Certification in Fire Safety Management is a plus
