(BMS - Building Management System)
We are seeking a BMS Service Technician responsible for the preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and operational support of Building Management Systems (BMS). The role involves performing routine system checks, maintaining system performance, responding to service requests, and ensuring optimal functionality of building automation systems.
Perform monthly preventive maintenance and routine servicing of Building Management Systems (BMS)
Conduct system diagnostics, troubleshooting, and ad-hoc maintenance works
Retrieve system data, perform system backups, and restore the BMS database when required
Record servicing and maintenance activities and prepare service reports
Respond to customer service requests and complaints, providing timely troubleshooting and repair support
Support system upgrades and improvements to ensure optimal performance of BMS / IVU / Web Control systems and enhance building energy efficiency
Provide technical and operational guidance related to BMS maintenance and operations
Participate in weekly standby hotline duty and attend site service calls when necessary
Maintain strong customer relationships and communicate feedback or improvement opportunities
Diploma or Technical certification in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Building Services, or a related field
3-5 years of relevant experience in Building Management Systems (BMS) maintenance or servicing
Experience with BMS platforms such as IVU, Web Control, or similar building automation systems
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and respond to on-site technical issues
Good communication skills and customer service orientation
Salary: Up to SGD 5,000 basic (depending on experience) + Variable Bonus
Working Location: MacPherson, Singapore
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
