- Reporting to Maintenance Manager and work on rotational shift of 4 days with 1 day off. (Morning shift: 8:30am to 4:30pm | Afternoon shift: 3- 11pm)
- Perform basic building maintenance such as ACMV, Electrical & Plumbing and Sanitary works, etc
- Conduct inspection of common areas within the shopping centre and tenant's premises when necessary
- Record & update daily maintenance, Weekly & monthly inspection reports
- Inspect and identify defects such as power failure, leakage and aircon issues
- Inspect firefighting and protection equipment such as fire extinguishers & fire hose reels and Dry Risers
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance works as directed by Supervisor
- Requisite necessary parts to carry out repairs and maintenance
- Practice workplace health & safety standards such as wearing personal protection accessories whenever needed
- Any other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Nitec/ Higher Nitec in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Air Conditioning or equivalent
- Possess hands on knowledge on electrical, plumbing and Sanitary, building maintenance and/or ACMV experience
- Minimum 2 years experience in facilities/building maintenance in commercial building
- Pleasant personality and able to work as a team
- Good understanding of building maintenance and M&E systems
- Able to handle audio visual system
- Monthly salary + Monthly allowances (transport + handphone) + Completion Bonus + OT and other shift allowances
