Job Description

  • Daily routine check/repair of M&E equipment
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in M&E maintenance, Air-Conditioner maintenance, Electrical & Plumbing works
  • Ability to identify potential issues and troubleshoot Mitsubishi VRV/VRF Air-Conditioner is a must
  • Respond to emergency calls on critical services beyond office hours, i.e. on standby duties
  • Attend to Tenant's request and complaints when assign by Building Supervisor
  • Site supervision of work carried out by contractors
  • To take up in any ad-hoc tasks when assigned
