BUILDING MAINTENANCE ELECTRICIAN

Job Description

• Carry out inspection, maintenance and repair of building electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults, power failures and wiring problems.
• Repair and replace switches, sockets, lighting fixtures, circuit breakers and electrical components.
• Perform preventive maintenance on electrical equipment and facilities.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with safety regulations and company procedures.
• Respond to urgent maintenance requests and breakdowns.
• Maintain proper service and maintenance records.
• Assist with general building maintenance work when required.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in building electrical maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, circuits and troubleshooting.
• Able to use electrical testing tools and maintenance equipment.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends or overtime when required.
• Physically fit and able to work independently.
• Relevant electrical certification is an advantage.
