BUILDING GENERAL FOREMAN

• Read and interpret construction drawings and reinforcement/formwork layouts.
• Measure, cut, bend, and shape steel reinforcement bars using hand and power tools.
• Install rebar, mesh, and steel rods in concrete forms.
• Position and secure reinforcement according to engineering specifications.
• Work with formwork and concrete teams to prepare structures for pouring concrete.
• Inspect reinforcement work to ensure alignment, spacing, and safety compliance.
• Follow construction site safety regulations and procedures.
• Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Supervise core construction team to comply with Site Manager directives.
• Make schedules for workers.
• Monitor progress on the project.
• Resolving conflicts or miscommunications quickly and amicably.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in construction
• Good physical condition
• Ability to read technical drawings and handle tools safely
• Positive attitude and team player
