Building & Facilities Executive / Manager HMS

Position: Building & Facilities Executive / Manager
Employment Type: 1-Year Renewable Contract
Salary: $4,500 - $5,500
Location: Gul Circle
(No company transport approximately 3 bus stops from Joo Koon MRT)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and minor repairs of building structures, fixtures, and facilities
• Maintain electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and sanitary systems
• Execute preventive maintenance according to schedule
• Troubleshoot and respond to facilities-related issues and breakdowns
• Monitor facility equipment and report abnormal conditions
• Coordinate and supervise external contractors and service providers
• Support fire safety checks and general safety inspections
• Maintain maintenance records, logs, and reports
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and regulatory requirements
• Support office layout changes, furniture installation, and equipment relocation when required
