Investigate, check and analyze reported breakdowns & faults to determine their cause for the prevention of future occurrences.
To conduct monthly inspections with the cleaning company to ensure cleanliness standards are consistently maintained in accordance with KPIs, including pest control and landscaping.
Initiate and process purchase requisitions (PR) and purchase orders (PO) for building and life safety systems.
Address and resolve customer feedback related to building safety and maintenance (CMMS)
Supervise building office alteration and addition (A&A) works to ensure compliance with safety standards and project requirements
Maintenance works including Lifts, Dumbwaiters, and the Fire Protection System to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
Validate and prepare e-gate pass for waste disposal and collection for General Waste, Metal and Scrap Materials.
Responsible for the maintenance of the building facilities (Lifts, Site and Office maintenance, Electrical, Security System (CCTV and Card Access) and AMCV.
Requirements:
Possesses a Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services / in any discipline,3 - 5 years supervisory experience in Building, Mechanical & Electrical system maintenance.
Working knowledge of Singapore regulatory and compliance requirements (BCA, SCDF, NEA, WSH, Familiarity with Fire Code.
Team player with excellent project management, supervisory and interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft office.
Possess with Fire Safety Manager and Work at Height certification.
