Building M&E cum facility work.
- Oversee facilities maintenance activities for preventive and corrective works, ensuring timely and effective execution.
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and servicing of M&E systems such as ACMV, electrical systems, sanitary & plumbing, fire protection systems, and building works.
- Check electrical facilities and services, maintaining proper maintenance checklists.
- Conduct daily routine checks, attend to enquiries, and respond to emergency repair and breakdown complaints.
- Supervise and monitor contractor performance to ensure works are carried out based on contract specifications.
- Manage and follow up on rectification, capex, and project works, and report to management in a timely manner.
- Perform any other tasks or duties assigned by management.
- Attend to and resolve users requests and feedback on fault issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Filing of maintenance and servicing records.
- Submit and report job status or defects to management.
- Check on the accuracy of monthly maintenance report submitted by assigned / contracted maintenance.
- Monitoring and reporting on the performance of facilities and maintenance activities, identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements
- ITE/NTEC or Poly 3 years related M&E work.
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Hands-on experience in facilities maintenance and minor repair works.
- Knowledge of workplace safety protocols and ability to ensure contractors comply.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft offices (Word, Excel and Power Point).
- Knowledge related to building infrastructure including, but not limited, to air conditioning system (heating, ventilation, air con, chiller, etc), water supply system (plumbing, drainage, etc) and/or electrical system (electrical engineering).
