BUILDING DRAUGHTSMAN

Prepare architectural and structural drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or other drafting software.

Produce detailed shop drawings, construction drawings, and as-built drawings.

Interpret and convert design concepts, sketches, and calculations into technical drawings.

Amend drawings according to design changes and site requirements.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and project managers.
Assist in submission drawings for approval to relevant authorities.

Maintain proper documentation and drawing records.

Conduct site visits when required to verify measurements and design implementation.
Utilize Microsoft Office software to prepare and organize project documentation and communications

Participate actively in site meetings and technical discussions to provide drafting insights and resolve design issues

Demonstrate a positive working attitude and collaborate effectively as a team player to contribute to project success
