Job Description

  1. Minimum Qualification Diploma/Degree.
  2. Minimum 3 years working experience.
  3. Drafting Technical Plans: Preparing detailed,accurate architectural drawings, blueprints, and layouts (2D and 3D) using CADand BIM software.
  4. Revising and Updating: Incorporatingfeedback, structural changes, and site updates from architects and engineersinto existing plans.
  5. Technical Compliance: Ensuringall drawings adhere to building codes, safety regulations, and zoning bylaws.
  6. Design Development: Turningrough sketches, site survey data, and concepts into usable, technicalblueprints.
  7. Coordination: Collaboratingwith professionals to integrate electrical, mechanical, and structural designsinto the architectural model.
  9. Specialization: Drafters may specialize in specific building types (e.g., residential) or structural components.
