BUILDING CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction site operations and workforce activities

• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and equipment

• Ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards

• Enforce site safety rules and compliance with local building codes and regulations

• Monitor project timelines and report progress to project managers

• Inspect work in progress to ensure accuracy and quality

• Resolve on-site issues, delays, and technical problems

• Maintain site documentation, including daily reports and material logs

• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor, Site Supervisor, or similar role

• Strong knowledge of building construction methods, materials, and regulations

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

• Leadership and team management skills

• Good communication and problem-solving abilities

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations (OSHA or equivalent)

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
