BUILDING CONSTRUCTION PROJECT ENGINEER

Job Description & Requirements

. Plan, co-ordinates and implements overall site works with sub-con and other related trades to carry out work safely.

. Prepare and submit shop drawings, materials and necessary documents to consultant for approval.

. Assist Project Manager to organize and deploy resource/material for project.

. Attend site matters & complains related to project sites.

. Co-ordinate with sub-con and solve technical problems.

. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors to ensure timely and quality completion of tasks.

. To monitor the progress as well as co-ordination with Clients, Consultants and subcontractors.

. To supervise and ensure works are in accordance to the contract drawings and specifications.

. Prepare detailed project schedules aligned with client master programs.

. Work closely with the Procurement team to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.

. Ensure site safety and proper execution of site work procedure on site.

. Minimum 2 years Experience in Construction Industry.

. Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction related field.
