Job Summary
Assist the Project Manager in overseeing building projects by planning and ensuring work is executed according to the master program. Collaborate with consultants and subcontractors to resolve technical and site coordination issues, contributing to successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Plan and monitor project activities to ensure alignment with the master schedule and achieve timely completion of tasks
- Collaborate with consultants to identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues that impact project progress and quality
- Coordinate with subcontractors on site to address operational challenges and ensure seamless workflow integration
- Work closely with the project team to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, maintaining smooth project execution
- Support the Project Manager in managing project workflows and facilitating effective communication among all stakeholders
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent
- Have at least 2 years of relevant experience in building projects
