BUILDING CONSTRUCTION GENERAL FOREMAN

. To assist the Project Manager in managing a construction site in its day to day operations.

. Familiar with structural or architectural works or wet work (plastering, brickworks)

. Familiar with external works, etc.

. Develop a work schedule for workers

. Supervise all construction workers

. Solve disputes between workers

. To carry out inspection of workers personal protection equipment and safety gear in order to adhere to the company's safety policies.

. Be the liaison between construction workers and supervisors

. Report on progress to managers, engineers etc.

Requirements

. Proven experience as construction foreman In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and OSH guidelines

. Min 2 years of relevant working experience

. Shift work and weekend duty is required

. diploma, building construction related, skill evalution certificate level 1&2 BCA.

. Ite Skills Certificate (ISC)
