A Building Construction General Foreman

Key Responsibilities
- Site Supervision & Coordination: Direct day-to-day site operations, including managing subcontractors and multiple work crews to ensure efficient productivity.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce site safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, local regulations), conduct toolbox briefings, and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Planning & Scheduling: Implement project schedules, determine the sequence of work, and ensure timely completion of milestones.
- Quality Control: Inspect work to ensure compliance with blueprints, specifications, and quality standards.
- Resource Management: Manage materials, tools, and equipment, including tracking inventory and minimizing waste.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Resolve on-site technical problems and liaise with engineers or consultants.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience as a construction foreman or similar supervisory role.
