Job Summary
You will lead on-site construction activities to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget. You will apply technical expertise and leadership to manage teams, resources, and quality standards, driving successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise on-site construction teams to ensure safe and efficient project execution
- Interpret and apply blueprints to guide construction activities and verify compliance with design specifications
- Manage subcontractors and labor crews to optimize productivity and maintain project schedules
- Control and monitor material inventory to support uninterrupted construction workflows
- Enforce adherence to quality standards and safety regulations throughout the project lifecycle
Required competencies and certifications
- Proven experience as a construction foreman demonstrating effective team leadership and project management
- Technical knowledge of construction processes to oversee and resolve on-site challenges
- Relevant safety certifications such as BCSS (Building Construction Safety System) in Singapore to ensure compliance with safety protocols
