BUILDING CONSTRUCTION GENERAL FOREMAN

Job Description

Assist the Project Manager in overseeing daily construction site operations to ensure smooth workflow, safety compliance, and timely project delivery. Responsible for supervising workers, coordinating site activities, resolving on-site issues, and reporting progress to management.

Key duties include preparing work schedules, monitoring manpower deployment, ensuring proper use of PPE, maintaining productivity and quality standards, and acting as a liaison between workers and supervisors. The role also involves applying knowledge of reinforced concrete (RC) and civil construction works to support site operations.

Requirements

• Experience in reinforced concrete (RC) and civil construction works preferred
• Able to supervise and manage construction workers on site
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving ability
• Willing to work 6 days per week
