Job Summary
Assist the Project Manager in overseeing daily construction site operations, ensuring safety compliance, managing workers, resolving disputes, and reporting progress to support successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager in managing daily construction site operations to ensure smooth workflow and project progress
- Develop detailed work schedules for construction workers to optimize resource allocation and meet project timelines
- Supervise construction workers on-site to maintain productivity and quality standards
- Resolve disputes between workers promptly to maintain a collaborative and efficient work environment
- Inspect workers personal protective equipment and safety gear to enforce compliance with company safety policies
- Act as the liaison between construction workers and supervisors to facilitate clear communication and coordination
- Report construction progress and site updates to managers and quantity surveyors to support informed decision-making
- Apply knowledge of structural work to support construction activities and ensure adherence to technical requirements
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 2 - 5 years of experience as a site supervisor
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in reinforced concrete (RC) and civil construction works
- Demonstrate responsibility, teamwork, proactivity, and ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
Other Information
- Work schedule: 6 days per week
