Job Description & Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage on-site construction activities, supervise workers and ensure projects are carried out safely, efficiently
and according to schedule
2. Oversee construction quality, safety compliance and site operations in accordance with Singapore BCA andWSH regulations.3. Coordinate with main contractors, consultants and suppliers to resolve site issues and ensure smooth project
progress.
4. Review construction drawings, prepare method statements, daily reports and project documentation.
5. Lead and manage the site team to maintain productivity, safety standards and work discipline.
Requirements:
1. Diploma in Civil Engineering. Construction Management, Engineering Supervision or relatedbuilding/construction discipline
2. Minimum 1 years of working experience in construction site management or supervision.3. Able to read and understand construction drawings and technical specifications.4. Familiar with construction safety requirements and quality control procedures5. Good leadership, communication and coordination skills.6. Physically fit to work on construction site and able to work on shift when required.
