Building and Facilities Maintenance Technician

Job Description:

. Maintain the facilities with routine checks on electrical, air-conditioning systems, compressed air and chilled-water systems.
. Contact and work with contractors for routine servicing and emergency repair in order to keep the building in daily operational state.
. Supervise vendors during renovation in order to ensure a smooth transition to new areas.
. Maintain good housekeeping in AHU and switch room to maintain cleanliness of equipment and site.
. Work with contractors and vendors to carry out schedules and supervise work on premises to ensure quality cost effective repairs and renovation
. Must be able to hands on to carry out repair for sanitary and plumbing works, electrical works and building works.
. Must be able to carry out simple fault finding for telephone lines.

Job Requirement:

. Minimum NTC education in Facilities / Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services with 2 years of experience in building maintenance and facilities support.

. Certificate in Building Maintenance/Building Inspection will be an added advantage

. Good problem solving skills

. Be able to work under pressure and multitask

Working hours:-

Mondays to Fridays : 09:00am to 18:00pm

Alternate Saturdays : 09:00am to 1:00pm
