Role Description

Budget AnalystDevelop, manage, and monitor organizational budgets to ensure financial efficiency.
Analyze budget proposals, track expenditures, and provide variance reports to management.
Support strategic planning by forecasting budget requirements and resource allocation.
Collaborate with departments to ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines and financial policies.
Cost AnalystEvaluate and monitor operational and project costs to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Conduct cost-benefit analyses and provide insights for pricing, procurement, and production decisions.
Maintain accurate cost records, prepare reports, and present findings to management.
Collaborate with finance and operations teams to optimize resource utilization and reduce expenses.
Financial AnalystPerform financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis to support business decision-making.
Monitor financial performance, analyze trends, and prepare reports on revenue, expenses, and profitability.
Evaluate investment opportunities, risks, and returns to guide management decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial objectives are met and aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred for senior roles).
Relevant experience:
Budget Analyst: 25 years in budgeting, financial planning, or resource allocation
Cost Analyst: 25 years in cost management, accounting analysis, or operational finance
Financial Analyst: 26 years in financial modeling, reporting, or business finance analysis
Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost analysis, financial modeling, and reporting tools.
Proficiency with financial software (Excel, SAP, Oracle, or similar) and data analysis tools.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage budgets, analyze financial performance, and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
