Job Description

1. Beverage Preparation

• Prepare various milk teas, fruit teas, and specialty drinks according to standard recipes.
• Ensure the taste, sweetness level, and ice amount meet customer requirements.
• Maintain both product quality and preparation speed.

2. Customer Service

• Greet customers, introduce the menu, and recommend products.
• Handle orders, process payments, and provide change.
• Answer customer inquiries and handle simple complaints.
• Maintain a positive service attitude and uphold the brand image.

3. Ingredient Preparation and Management

• Prepare ingredients (cook tapioca pearls, cut fruit, brew tea, make sugar syrup, etc.).
• Check inventory and assist with restocking.
• Ensure ingredients are fresh and properly stored.

4. Store Cleanliness and Hygiene

• Keep the counter and equipment clean.
• Regularly clean utensils (shaker cups, sealing machines, cooking pots, etc.).
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards.

5. Equipment Operation and Maintenance

• Operate equipment such as sealing machines, ice makers, and blenders.
• Perform basic maintenance and report equipment issues.

6. Other Responsibilities

• Assist with inventory counting.
• Participate in testing new products.
• Comply with store policies and regulations.

Job Requirements

Prior experience in food & beverage or customer service is an advantage (training provided for beginners)
Have food hygiene certificate is an advantage.
Friendly, positive, and service-oriented attitude.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Full Time Position:

8 hours/day, 6 days/week

Salary: From $2300-$2800/month++
