Job Title: Tea Barista (Bubble Tea / Beverage Retail)
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Salary: Up to $3,000 per month (depending on experience)

Job Description

We are a modern beverage retail concept specialising in bubble tea and specialty drinks. We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Tea Baristas to join our team as we prepare for our outlet opening in April 2026.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve bubble tea and other beverages according to company standards

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the beverage preparation area

• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment

• Ensure smooth day-to-day outlet operations

• Provide friendly customer service and maintain a pleasant store environment

  Working Hours

  • Monday - Friday: 2:00 PM - 9:00 PM

  • Saturday / Public Holidays: 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM
    (Schedule may vary based on operational needs)

  Requirements

  • Able to communicate in English

  • Responsible, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Willing to perform operational duties including beverage preparation and outlet upkeep

  • Prior F&B experience is an advantage but not required
