Role Description

The BSP Reconciliation & Revenue Management role involves overseeing and managing BSP reconciliation processes, ensuring accurate financial transactions and reporting. Responsibilities include revenue tracking, account reconciliation, and collaboration with the finance team to ensure compliance and operational efficiency. The role also involves regular communication with internal and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies effectively.

Qualifications

  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly BSP reconciliation
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies between issued tickets and BSP reports
  • Handle ADM (Agency Debit Memo) and ACM (Agency Credit Memo) disputes with airlines
  • Monitor and process airline refunds, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up
  • Coordinate with airlines, consolidators, and internal teams to resolve billing issues
  • Maintain proper documentation and reporting of all BSP transactions
  • Ensure compliance with IATA BSP policies and airline regulations
