Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional brow styling services including tweezing, threading, tinting, and lamination
- Carry out facial hair removal using threading techniques
- Deliver semi-permanent cosmetic procedures for brows, eyeliner, and lips
- Conduct eye-focused lifting and rejuvenation treatments using plasma technology
- Introduce and recommend suitable treatments and retail products to customers
- Clearly communicate treatment steps, expectations, and results to clients
- Advise customers on proper aftercare routines and product usage
- Ensure all tools and equipment are properly sanitized in accordance with hygiene standards
- Monitor and replenish treatment supplies and consumables
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the outlet at all times
- Support additional operational tasks as assigned by the management team
Requirements
- Strong interest in the beauty and grooming industry
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Positive attitude with the drive to achieve both individual and outlet sales targets
- Self-driven and able to work independently as well as in a team
