What the day will look like
Support key retrocession clients:
- Assist regional retro team and relevant local team to provide best-in-class services to key retrocession clients, especially focused on Asia regions and South Korea
- Work with global teams to provide leading market insights to local teams and clients
- Work with regional and global teams to coordinate effective inwards business strategies for key retrocession clients across the regions
Assist technical analytic support within teams:
- Work with regional retro team across Asia Pacific to build business intelligence database
Support new business opportunities:
- Assist retrocession growth initiatives to effectively sell Aon's value proposition toward target prospects across Asia regions
Skills and experience that will lead to success
- Ideally 1-3 years of experience in treaty reinsurance related work at an insurance company, reinsurance company, reinsurance intermediaryis a strong plus but not strictly required.
- Strong interpersonal skills, client management and communication capabilities and the ability to interface with various business units
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to travel within the Asia region to facilitate client presentations, seminars and conferences as required.
- High self-motivation and ability to work independently and take initiative
- Ability to work in a collaborative and matrixed environment
