Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing timely and accurate broking services to Singapore & Korean clients.
- Business development into prospective clients for the Light ends desk with a primary focus on clients in the Singapore & Korea market.
- Sales and client relationship management with existing and prospective clients.
- Manage and execute client order properly through system in accordance with Company policies.
- Calculate dealing prices, compile, organize and maintain records of business transaction.
- Work closely with front office and back-office staff to resolve client queries.
- Update desk members on previous day trades and any broking issues.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the respective Managers.
Job Requirements:
- Fluent communication in English and Korean is required.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the shipping-sector with transferable shipping operations exposure is required.
- Bachelor's Degree Holder is required.
- Good team player and able to work independently.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Able to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work well under pressure.
