What the day will look like

  • Provide analytical support for active and potential business.
    • Research, data clean-up (includes re/insurance, meteorological/climatic, and agricultural data)
    • Maintain and optimise databases
    • Create and optimise analytical tools
    • Assist in crop model usage/maintenance
  • Produce market reports and presentations
  • Conduct presentations and seminars/workshops
  • Liaise with re/insurers on analytical-related matters
  • Liaise and work with Aon offices in other countries

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Minimum skills required: Strong familiarity with MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint, MS Outlook
  • Additional relevant skills (desired but not mandatory): MS Access, ReMetrica, R, Python, Tableau, or other similar data management/visualisation skills.
  • Experience in handling datasets (including data clean-up) is preferred.
  • Experience in optimising/refining data visualisation is a plus.
  • Job requires frequent interaction with colleagues and clients, fluency in English communication (both written and spoken) is a requirement. Ability to converse fluently in other languages is desirable, especially Mandarin, Hindi, Korean, and Thai.
  • Experience in client presentations/interactions is a plus.
