The Role

The Broker Account Manager will drive market growth and expand our service footprint within Singapore. This role involves managing high-quality inbound leads while proactively cultivating a robust network of brokers and financial advisors. The successful candidate will act as a key liaison, optimizing partnership performance and delivering tailored corporate health solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Portfolio Management: Formulate tailored corporate insurance quotes for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and individual clients.
  • Pipeline Optimization: Track lead volumes and conversion rates to consistently achieve strategic sales targets and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Relationship Management: Conduct regular meetings, sales updates, and training sessions with existing distributors and prospects to maximize lead generation.
  • Escalation & Coordination: Serve as the primary escalation point for brokers and intermediaries, and act as the central coordinator for high-value jumbo group quotes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal departments - including Policy Administration, Underwriting, Pricing, Claims, and Customer Service - to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

  • Strong sales-driven mindset with a demonstrated ability to manage pipelines, follow up consistently, and close deals.
  • Experience in sales, business development, or account management within insurance, financial services, healthcare, or international mobility.
  • Ability to manage a sales pipeline independently and follow up consistently.
  • Ability to handle complex insurance products and articulate value propositions clearly to clients.
  • Proactive attitude toward business development, networking, and targeted market expansion.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, solution-oriented, and comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, multicultural corporate environment professional fluency in written and spoken English.
