Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bridal Sales Associate based in Singapore. The Bridal Sales Associate will engage with clients to provide personalized consultations, assist in selecting bridal gowns, and guide brides through their shopping experience to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include maintaining the boutique's presentation, managing appointment schedules, addressing client inquiries, and keeping up-to-date with product knowledge to meet sales goals. This role is pivotal for delivering a seamless and memorable experience to every bride who visits House of Ivory.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Passion for fashion and bridal trends, with attention to detail and an eye for design
• Ability to manage schedules, appointments, and boutique presentation with organizational efficiency
• Sales and retail experience, ideally in luxury or bridal fashion, is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to create a welcoming, professional atmosphere
• Proactive mindset, initiative, and flexibility to adapt to the needs of clients
• Prior experience in fashion or working with designer brands is advantageous
