Job Summary
You will assist in packaging baked goods, operate basic bakery equipment after training, and support the production team with daily tasks to ensure smooth bakery operations.
Responsibilities
- Package baked goods accurately to meet quality standards and prepare them for delivery
- Operate basic bakery equipment safely following training to support production processes
- Collaborate with the production team to complete daily tasks and maintain workflow efficiency
- Maintain physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks safely
- Communicate clearly in Mandarin to coordinate effectively within the team
Required competencies and certifications
- Ability to lift up to 10kg safely during packaging and production activities
- Physical fitness to stand for long hours and perform repetitive tasks without health issues
